straight into it put me on game
// let me put you on game:
if you want to take control of your life —

Working harder is not the solution.

99% of the unhappiest, poorest, and most desperate people are the ones who work the hardest — labouring endlessly just to survive.

If hard work was the key, miners, janitors and construction workers would all be billionaires by now.

People blindly go after the idea that they have to force themselves to do things, and that their struggle will somehow be rewarded. The paradox is that the harder you work with that mindset, the further you push the result away.

As long as you look at life from a point of struggle, need and desperation, the universe will keep you exactly there — and your work will only bring you more and more frustration.

99%
work the hardest. survive the longest. arrive nowhere.
<1%
struggle less, need less, stress less — and somehow have everything more.

In order to be different, you need to play differently.

On the other side there is that fraction of people who don't beg, don't need, and don't chase. What they want ends up chasing them.

They don't have to force themselves to work more; it comes to them naturally, just like breathing or blinking. They carry almost "narcissistic" beliefs in their own capabilities — and somehow always manage to pull them off.

so what actually makes them different?
they play a different game.

"If I tune myself to the frequency of achievement first, I will be compelled to act it into existence, and I will create my desired reality."
outcome  /  the mind aligns, the body follows.
Two people can witness exactly the same thing and walk away with entirely different experiences. Same place, same circumstances — entirely different frequency.

But what even is frequency? The vibratory rate your mind sends to your body — and your body broadcasts it out. High frequency individuals attract high. Low frequency attract low. The ancients had been pointing at this for thousands of years. Only now is science beginning to catch up.

“There is geometry in the humming of the strings. There is music in the spacing of the spheres.”

— Pythagoras · the music of the spheres
The spheres really do hum.

The sun rings like a struck bell — pressure waves rolling through it at frequencies we can plot to the microhertz. Every star has its own note. So does everything else.

— NASA · SOHO helioseismology

“As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.”

— Proverbs 23:7
The heart broadcasts.

The heart’s electromagnetic field is over a hundred times stronger than the brain’s, and it still reads three feet off the body. Whatever you hold in there does not stay in there.

— HeartMath Institute · SQUID magnetometry

“The soul becomes dyed with the colour of its thoughts.”

— Marcus Aurelius · Meditations, V
The brain does not know the difference between reality and imagination.

Five days of a piano exercise rehearsed only in the head reorganised the motor cortex the same way five days at the keys did. The scan cannot tell the two groups apart.

Same idea, thousands of years apart.
— what is it made of —

Five ingredients,
one output.

Your frequency isn’t a mood you fall into — it is an output, the sum of five mental components running at once: identity, attention, emotion, belief and conviction.

your frequency Iidentity IIattention IIIemotion IVbelief Vconviction
  • I
IdentityWho you take yourself to be. The world reflects nothing else back.
  • II
AttentionThe currency you pay for what you experience. Spend it on one thing.
  • III
EmotionThe current. Every feeling strengthens whatever reality it belongs to.
  • IV
BeliefThe terms. What you wholeheartedly accept is the only truth in play.
  • V
ConvictionThe absence of doubt. What the other four add up to when they hold.
The question was never “how to force myself to take action.”
It was: “how do I align my frequency with the reality I want?”
Mental Game Playbook

Collapse spirituality
into practicality.

This is NOT another spiritual mumbo jumbo revolving around abstract rituals or crazy complicated techniques that in the end don’t help you control your reality in any way. Based on thousands of years of evolution as well as real-life examples of some of the greatest minds in history, this playbook is designed to be a manual you can ACTUALLY base your mental game on. It runs on a practical framework:

stage 01
Play in
Motion
The story. One man, one element of his frequency, run to the extreme — and what reality did about it.
stage 02
Replay
The breakdown. What he was actually doing underneath the myth, taken apart move by move.
stage 03
Keys to
Mental Game
The instructions. Exactly how you run the same play in your own life, starting the day you read it.

Alexander the Great

The world only reflects who you consider yourself to be. Reinvent yourself and construct an identity that is fully capable of creating your desired reality. Put on a mask of your desired character and don’t take it off until it becomes an undeniable part of who you are.

play in motion
A Macedonian prince puts on the mask of Achilles — and doesn’t take it off until the world calls him a god.
Alexander the Great356 – 323 BC

Napoléon Bonaparte

Attention is the currency with which you order what you experience. Narrow your sight to a laser focus on your desired reality only, and there will be no possibility for other scenarios to expand.

play in motion
A mocked Corsican outsider deletes every path but one — the one where he becomes emperor.
Napoléon Bonaparte1769 – 1821

Joan of Arc

Every feeling only strengthens whatever reality it represents. Redesign your emotions accordingly with your desired reality and keep feeding them. By the time, the current you create will consume all that stands in its way.

play in motion
A peasant girl feeds one vision until it burns hot enough to crown a king.
Joan of Arc1412 – 1431

Henry Ford

You set the terms. The only factual truth in reality is what you wholeheartedly believe in. Readjust your beliefs fully in your favor — become unapologetically true to your own truths and reality will have no choice but to confirm them.

play in motion
A farm mechanic decides the experts are wrong — and makes reality agree with him.
Henry Ford1863 – 1947

Muhammad Ali

Only when you get rid of all doubts are you free to create your desired reality. Run your game with conviction of your dream already existing and carry it until the world proves it to you.

A loudmouth kid from Louisville announces the ending — then drags the world to it.

Nothing in this book is invented.
This is exactly why it works.

Filled with the timeless wisdom of ancient philosophy, esoteric allegories from the holy scriptures, and symbolism from the folklore and mythology, every play is backed by the fundamental knowledge our predecessors gathered over millennia — and dropped at the exact point it lands hardest. Short enough to repeat. Old enough to have survived every generation that tried to forget it. That is what makes a play stop being something you read and start being something you think through.

01 · holy scriptures
The miraculous catch of fish

They worked the same water all night and pulled up nothing. Then the nets went down one more time, on a word, and came up so full they started to tear. Same lake, same men, same nets — only the instruction changed.

luke · v
02 · folklore
The eagle raised among chickens

Raised in the yard, the eagle spends its life pecking dirt — not because it cannot fly, but because it has only ever been shown what a chicken does. Nothing about the bird has to change. Only what it believes it is.

folk · ii
03 · legends & myths
Alexander cutting the Gordian knot

The knot had no ends to pull and every man before him had spent himself trying to work it loose. Alexander drew his sword and cut it open. The problem was never the knot. It was the rule nobody thought to question.
